12 potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cut potatoes into slices, place in greased baking dish, salt, dab with butter, sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Parsley for accent. Bake in 350 degree oven until potatoes are done.
