"MOLLY'S IRISH BREAD" 
2 lbs. flour
1 flat tsp. baking soda
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 box raisins
3/4 qt. buttermilk
Dash of caraway seeds (optional)

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Arrange hole in center. Add milk to hole, mix. Knead with hands. Dough will be sticky. Dust hands with flour to shape large round dough. Place in pan, after spraying with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool. Great toasted.
