BUTTERSCOTCH YAMS 
6 med. yams or 2 (17 oz.) cans
1/2 c. Karo dark syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and quarter yams and cook and drain well the 2 cans of yams. Arrange in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
