BEEF JERKY 
Flank steak
Soy sauce
Hickory smoke salt
Garlic salt
Lemon-pepper salt

Cut flank steak in strips with grain. Marinate strips 10 minutes (or less) in soy sauce. Spread strips out on broiler pan or cookie sheet. Sprinkle lightly with salts. Bake at 125 degrees overnight. Drain or dry jerkies on paper towel.
