BLACK BEAN AND CORN SALAD 
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1/2 c. chopped sweet red peppers
3 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chili powder

Drain corn and beans in strainer, rinse with cold water. Drain well. Combine beans, corn, sweet red pepper, and onion in a bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients. Toss with vegetables. Serve or chill.
