BROCCOLI PIE 
Leftover chicken, turkey or ham
1 bouillon cube
3/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. chopped broccoli
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. light cream
2 eggs
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 unbaked pastry shells

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt bouillon in 3/4 cup hot water. Cook broccoli and drain well. Melt butter in a fry pan, add meat; then add flour broth and cream. Separate eggs and add yolks only to meat mixture. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese on pastry shell in pie plate. Add broccoli, then 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Top with meat mixture. Add top crust. Wipe with whipped egg whites. Bake 35 minutes.
