1 box sm. Jiffy white cake mix 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding mix 1 generous c. crushed pineapple, well drained Cool Whip Walnuts 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 2 c. milk Bake cake mix as directed in a 9"x13" pan. Cool. Blend cream cheese (room temperature) with pudding; mix well. Gradually add milk, beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle on pineapple. Spread Cool Whip next, chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate. Best if done day before. |
