BREAKFAST BREAD 
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. white flour
1/4 c. raisins

Mix buttermilk, honey, molasses, soda, and salt. Combine flours and add to buttermilk mixture. Stir in raisins and pour into greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, turn it back to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Wait 1 day before slicing.
