BREAKFAST BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. butter

Beat the flour, eggs and milk together well; don't worry about lumps. Melt butter in a large skillet and when sizzling hot, pour batter into skillet and then bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until brown and puffy. Serve from skillet. Cut into wedges and spread with homemade preserves. Serves 4.
