RHUBARB JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
4 to 5 c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Add sugar to rhubarb and let set for 30 minutes. Bring mixture to a boil and add pineapple. Boil for 10 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and add gelatin. Ladle into jars and seal.
