BURLINGTON CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts or pieces
1 slice of bacon per piece
1 pkg. sliced beef lunch meat
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom
1 c. sour cream
Sliced Almonds (optional)

Line the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan with beef lunch meat. Wrap each piece of chicken with a slice of bacon and place in the pan. Top with sliced mushrooms. Combine soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Top with sliced almonds, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
