2 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
16 marshmallows
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. Pet milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix in a 3 quart saucepan sugar, butter, marshmallows, salt and Pet milk. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and is bubbly all over the top. Boil and stir 5 more minutes and remove from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla and chocolate pieces until melted. Add nuts and spread into a buttered pan. Let cool about 15 minutes and slice.
