MANDARIN MOLD 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. thawed orange juice
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. canned mandarin oranges (no sugar)
2 tsp. granulated sugar

Sprinkle gelatin over juice and let stand until softens. Combine yogurt and juice and let stand until softens.

Combine yogurt, juice, orange sections and fold into juice mixture. (Chill 2 cup mold). Pour ingredients and chill 4 hours. 2 servings - 1 fruit, 1 milk, and 20 calories.
