BLUEBERRY CHEESE SWIRL BARS 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar slice & bake cookies, room temp.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. blueberry pie filling

Press dough in 9"x13" pan. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and lemon rind in medium bowl and mix until smooth. Spread cheese mixture over cookie dough. Dollop blueberry pie filling on cheese; swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
