MEAT BALLS WITH GRAVY 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
8 crackers, crushed
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup

For each 1 pound hamburger, add onions, cracker crumbs, egg and salt and pepper. Roll into balls and brown in skillet with small amount of oil. When brown, add soup and 1 can of water. Cook until soup turns golden.
