MEAT BALLS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
12 crushed saltines
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg
Sm. onion, minced

Place saltines and 1 cup milk in bowl. Mix soup, water, 1/2 cup milk in electric skillet. Add salt, pepper, onion, egg and hamburger to saltine mixture and mix well. Form into balls and cook in mushroom gravy at 220 degrees for 1/2 hours.
