PATSY'S RUM CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. rum
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together except nuts. Grease bundt pan; put nuts in bottom of pan. Pour in cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; until done by touch. Cool then glaze with recipe that follows:

GLAZE:

1/4 lb. butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. rum

Mix all ingredients except for rum. Boil five minutes, stir in rum. Prick holes in cake; pour glaze very slowly, so that it soaks in cake.
