OYSTER AND HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 green pepper, chopped
Chopped parsley
Country ham or Smithfield ham, sliced thin
1 pt. select oysters

Melt butter in large skillet over low heat. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add cream. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and smooth. Add paprika, pepper, onion, green pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add oysters and their liqueur. Pour into buttered baking dish lined with country or Smithfield ham slices. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
