CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
5-6 green onions
3 or 4 tbsp. horseradish sauce
2 or 3 shakes Worcestershire sauce
2 or 3 shakes A-1 sauce
2-2.5 dried beef

Grind (with vegetable grind) 2-2.5 dried beef. Mix all the above ingredients with electric mixer. Then add about half or a little more of the dried beef. (Spray your hands with Pam) and make a ball out of all of it except enough left to put on outside of cheese ball. Keep refrigerated.

Good to make early in the day and refrigerate to have when company is coming in. Good luck!
