FESTIVE CHEESE BALL 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tbsp. dry sherry or 1 tsp. sherry flavoring
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion or garlic salt
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
3 tbsp. minced dried beef
3 tbsp. chopped parsley

Makes 4 inch ball.

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except olives, dried beef and parsley; blend well. Stir in olives. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours until firm. Combine dried beef with parsley. Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll ball in dried beef-parsley mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until served. If desired, use finely chopped nuts or chopped ripe olives for dried beef. To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate.
