CROCK-POT CHICKEN DRESSING 
1 stick butter
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 large skillet cornbread
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, well beaten (optional)
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken

Melt butter and crumble cornbread. Mix all except chicken. Add chicken last. Cook dressing and chicken in crock pot on HIGH for 45 minutes. Stir and continue to cook on LOW for 4 hours.
