POULET D'AMI 
4 chicken breast, defat and skin
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
2 celery sticks
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. pepper

TOPPING:

15-20 crushed wheat crackers
1/2 or as needed Italian dressing

Put chicken breast in baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian dressing over each breast. Mix other ingredients; pour over chicken. Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender at 450 degrees, covered.

TOPPING: Mix crushed crackers and dressing; spread even amount over each cooked breast. Cook uncovered 10 minutes.
