1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil

Mix all together well. Pour into 8x8x2 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
