PLAIN WAFFLES 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk

Measure and sift dry ingredient. Drop in egg yolks and gradually add milk. Beat until smooth. Add butter. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake 3 minutes. If not all used in one day, you can use it the next.
