FRENCH MINT PIE 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. mint extract
2 eggs
2 sq. chocolate

Dissolve chocolate over hot water. Cool. Beat sugar and butter then add eggs. Beat smooth. Add chocolate then extract. Spread in pie pan with chocolate or graham crust. Chill several hours. Before serving top with Cool Whip. Very rich.
