BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
10 3/4 oz. can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. diced pasteurized process cheese spread
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
2 c. cooked rice

In pan in hot oil, cook celery and onion till tender crisp. Combine soup and milk. Stir in celery onion mixture, cheese, broccoli and rice. Pour into 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or till hot. Can also microwave 10 minutes on high till hot. Rotate dish 1/2 way through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
