LIME VELVET SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery, very finely chopped
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. undrained crushed pineapple
8-10 oz. container Cool Whip

In large bowl of electric mixer, dissolve lime and lemon Jello in boiling water. Add cream cheese and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Chill mixture until the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Fold celery, nuts and pineapple into Jello. Fold Cool Whip into mixture and chill at least 4 hours.
