PIZZA DOUGH 
4 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. very warm water (110 degrees)
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Mix yeast and water; add remaining ingredients. Knead until smooth. Let rise 2 1/2 hours. Make into pizza shells or fried dough.
