MACAROON KISS COOKIES 
1/3 c. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. orange juice
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
9 oz. pkg. Hershey's Kisses
5 c. flaked coconut
1/4 tsp. salt

Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add egg yolk, almond extract and orange juice. Beat well. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture.

Stir in 3 cups of coconut. Cover tightly; refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in remaining coconut. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from oven. Immediately press unwrapped Kiss onto each cookie. Cool 1 minute. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack.
