BRANDIED FRUIT 
2 c. sliced peaches, drained
2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
2 c. apricots, drained
2 c. maraschino cherries, drained
8 c. sugar

In a gallon glass jar. Start with 1 cup peaches and 1 cup sugar. Stir daily for two weeks. Leave lid loose at end of 2 weeks. Add 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup sugar. Continue to stir every day all through process. At end of 2 more weeks, add 1 cup cherries, 1 cup sugar. When this has finished 2 weeks repeat from beginning. Remember stir daily and leave lid loose. If mold should appear just remove.
