CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
2 1/2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
2 tbsp. chopped pimento or green pepper
1 sm. onion

Toss stuffing with 1/2 cup of soup, broth and 2 eggs. Spread in baking dish. Top with sliced chicken or turkey. Combine the rest of soup with milk and pour over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
