1 pkg. (7 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. diced chicken or turkey
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Toss stuffing with 1/2 can soup, chicken broth and eggs. Spread in pan. Mix remaining half can of soup with milk and pimento. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
