CHOCOLATE CORNSTARCH PUDDING
(FOR CHILDREN)
 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold milk
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 eggs

Mix the dry ingredients with 1/2 cup cold milk, then add the scalded milk and cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until thick. Then cover and cook for 15 minutes. Add a little of the hot mixture to the beaten eggs and return to the pudding and cook another 5 minutes. Chill and serve.
