HASH & CORNBREAD 
1 (15 oz.) can roast beef or corned beef hash
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix hash, onion and egg. Prepare muffin batter; add salt and cheese. Spread half the muffin batter in greased 8" square pan. Spread on hash mixture; top with remaining batter. Bake in 400 degree oven about 25 minutes. Cut in slices or squares. Serves 4 to 6.
