CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
4 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. can Milnot (mix enough regular milk to Milnot to make 3 c. liquid)
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cocoa. Add milk and egg yolks. Cook over boiling water in double boiler, stirring until thickened. Add butter and vanilla last. Take off heat and beat until smooth. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with beaten egg whites.
