CUPID'S BEST MUFFINS 
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. coarse chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; extend over edges to form handles.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwave bowl (2 minutes). Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate mixture until well blended. Mix eggs and vanilla. Stir flour and walnuts until well blended. Spread into prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan. Run knife around edge of pan to loosen. Use heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape. Decorate with vanilla frosting and sprinkles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
