STICKY PEACH PINWHEELS 
1/3 c. peach preserves (or apricot, seedless raspberry)
1 (11 oz.) pkg. (8) refrigerated breadsticks
1/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate pieces (optional)

1. In small bowl in microwave, heat and stir preserves until melted. Pour into 9 inch cake pan. Spread evenly.

2. Separate dough but do not uncoil, the breadsticks. Arrange coiled dough atop preserves.

3. Bake at 375 degree oven 15-18 minutes or until golden. Immediately invert onto a platter. Serve warm. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
