STRAWBERRY GLAZE FOR MINI
CHEESECAKES
 
10 oz. strawberries
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello

On medium heat, mix strawberries, water, sugar and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly and bring to a slow boil. Slowly add Jello and continue cooking until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool completely before placing on cheesecakes. 24 servings.

Perfect! Easy recipe, my eleven year old made it for my birthday cake.

Our fresh strawberries were frozen. We used the juice after they were thawed for the majority of the water content. This made the mix a bit tart. Next time I will use fresh, and follow it as is. I am convinced it will be even more splendid.
