STRAWBERRY JIFFY JAM 
1 qt. washed strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin

Crush strawberries thoroughly, place in saucepan. Add sugar, stir until mixed. Cook over low heat, stirring until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stir until blended. Pour in jelly glasses. Cover and store in refrigerate.
