CHINESE STYLE FRIED RICE 
1 1/3 c. water
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen oriental vegetables

Bring water to a boil and add rice. Set aside. Cook egg in butter in large skillet. Add hamburger and onion and stir over medium heat until brown. Combine soy sauce, rice and frozen vegetables. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are done. Add more soy sauce to individual taste.
