BANANA SALAD 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. Spanish peanuts, chopped
Several ripe bananas

Combine the first 7 ingredients in pan. Cook until thick. Let cool. Add Cool Whip. In a serving dish, layer bananas, sauce, and Spanish peanuts.
