Fresh spinach, washed and dried
4 oz. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
3 hard boiled eggs, cut up
1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained, broken
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms

Toss in large container with dressing.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion
3 heaping tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil

Beat and refrigerate overnight. If in a hurry, Marzetti's spinach salad dressing is good.
