3 MINUTE DELIGHT POPPY CAKE 
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 jar poppy seed filling
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat well on medium speed for 3 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour in a 10-inch angel food tube pan. Do not grease pan. Cool before removing from pan.
