ALMOND POPPY SEED CAKE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/8 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. each almond, butter & vanilla flavoring

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. each almond, butter & vanilla flavoring

Cream together sugar, eggs and oil. Alternate dry ingredients with milk and beat 2 minutes. Pour in greased bundt pan or 5 small loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour glaze over cake while still warm.
