SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 bag spinach
1 c. water chestnuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 onion

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salads oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. catsup

Spinach divided and broken into pieces, chestnuts drained and diced, boil eggs then chop up, bean sprouts rinsed and drained. Fried bacon crisp and broken into bits. Thinly slice onion.

Dressing: Mix salad oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and catsup. Together this makes 2-3 times as much as needed for this salad. Pour on top of salad just before serving.
