LEMON CAKE TOP PUDDING | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 3 eggs 1 1/4 c. milk Mix 2 tablespoons softened butter with 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice. Stir in beaten yolks of 3 eggs which have been mixed with 1 1/4 cups milk. Fold in stiffly beaten whites of eggs. Pour into 1 1/2 quart buttered container and set in pan of water and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. |
