OVEN SWISS STEAK 
3/4 lb. ground steak, 3/4 inch thick
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped carrot
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut meat into 2 portions. Pound in flour and salt. Brown meat in frying pan, place in shallow baking dish. Blend remaining flour in drippings. Add vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, pour over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
