1/2 c. softened butter
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 can sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg or 2 egg yolks

Cut cake mix into butter until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Mat mixture into ungreased pan, 13"x9"x2". Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Arrange apples on top of warm crust. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples. Blend sour cream and yolks, dribble over apples. Bake 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Serve warm.
