2 pkgs. vanilla pudding
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/4 lb. Oreo cookies

Layer cookies then pudding. Continue, ending with cookies. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours.
