SIMPLE VEAL CACCIATORE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. veal, any form
2 tbsp. oil
2 onions
1 green pepper (optional), cut up
1 can mushrooms
1 lg. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce - meatless

In oil saute onion until lightly brown. Saute green pepper. Sear veal pieces in this until color has changed to light brown. Add drained can mushrooms. Add to this a full jar of Ragu sauce with 1/2 jar of water. Simmer slowly for about 1 hour. Serve over a bed of spaghetti or pasta of your choice. Can be made of chicken as well.
